why ah? seems like UOB grads get to shuffle around different roles/teams and fast track for promotion and managerial role.

How is the salary progression like for TDP grads after they graduate? 3 years? 5 years?

How was the assessment. I am planning to do it today. There is two sections right. Are you able to share what was being asked and what advice would you give. Thanks :)

Yes. There are two sections. One section has questions on your respond to certain work situations. The other section has some calculation, you can practice on the type of questions before the actual assessment.
