Yes still stuck. Seems like all the highly qualified postgraduate still stuck. Any postgraduate already advanced past video stage?

100k+? No way Dbs would offer that. Not even for senior associate level.

Yep. Meeting with Senior Management - i think it's going to be some sort of panel interview

It's not, which means the previous posters were right. They scrapped the AC round and combined it into an interactive panel interview with management.

Which means they will probably make a decision on the spot if they want you or not.
