Actually can imagine it’s tougher work for HR because previous years, using academics it would be easier to filter
Now measuring working adults with exp against one another, it’s so much harder to define the metrics; how do you determine who would be a more qualified candidate
Have to rely more on the tests, video, panel interviews etc
