I worked in MUFG for 2.5 years and was paid just shy of that as an analyst, even though i had work experience prior to joining. Glad that i left because i couldn't stand the morons in the bank.

I assume this is a late reply since you posted in April earlier this year, but i'd advise you to look elsewhere if you want your sanity.

High pay solves anything my friend especially before you get kids.
