Does anyone knows what is the starting pay for this program now?

don't bother joining shell graduate programme

shell is not hiring guys. don't bother. they opened the application as a backup plan in case the market picks up and they have to hire aggressively. instead of waiting on them, you would be better off joining somewhere else.

I don't think there's a timeline to the program. It is running continuously.

Actually, he is not wrong. After CPF deduction it is thereabouts. I know someone who knows someone. Since oil prices went down, all graduates start on a lower package. Bonus is a few months but dependent on company performance.

Actually, you are not totally wrong. Monthly pay is 3k plus. Bonus is dependent on performance.

Oil prices are low but the company is still able to sustain.

Bonus are still decent. 3 to 7 months.
