3 month fixed bonus but you should consider this as part of your fixed pay.
Variable is as the name implies, variable. It depends on company and individual performance. The quantum also increases as you become more senior in the company. It can be anywhere from 0 month to as high as 15 months theoretically.
There is also performance shares if you are top performers. The quantum also increases as you become more senior. I've seen some individuals getting $100k just from the shares this year.

ya i just want to know whether firstly did they split fixed and variable of 3 mths each, and whether variable is maxed out at 3mths, thats all, not about whether you get more variable at senior levels etc.

My advice would be to take Shell if you are offered. It has better upwards progression than the other big o&g in sg (at least for the first 2 years). Culture at shell is much better too.
