For a trade-off I usually get to leave work before 6 (official knock-off: 5.30). Not many banks let you go back so early. |
Dear All,
Thanks for kind replies. I graduated with 1st class in UOL, therefore started off in compliance and then made the switch to FI Credit. Drawing high 4 range which I find I'm quite underpaid for this role, though I understand getting promoted and rising internally doesn't guarantee a huge pay rise. Furthermore, its a small foreign bank. What I do is to provide inputs on CSA as credit enhancements, FI Credit Reviews for Treasury Limits, tracking PFE for different product lines and also VaR and stress tests for different shock scenarios. |
