As far as I know, there are two rounds of second interviews scheduled for this and next week. You may want to call HR to check. Good luck.

To the kind souls who received the interview invitation, I would like to know what kind of experience level (working/research) did you guys have?

I saw a lot of experience people when I went to the information session, so I have been wondering perhaps ipos would prefer the experienced candidate rather than the people who have just submitted their thesis like me..

or is there any interview candidates who have just submitted the thesis or completed the defense?
please kindly share some tips, I would like to try again next year, I should've my phd certificate ready by then.. thanks!

I just submitted thesis (waiting for defence) and received the invitation for the first round interview. No news for the second round yet...
Not sure about their preference over working experience.

for the people who went for the second interview, did they talk about salary expectation and when you can start? They did not ask me. Wonder if it is a bad sign?

Got anybody shortlisted for first interview last month and they say will fix interview for you in May, then ask you take psychometric test first? I never got asked to go any interview after psychometric test leh.
