If I didn't hear any interview invitation from them until today, does it mean my application has been rejected?

I had the first interview on Thursday too. I received the invitation about a week earlier. Questions were the regular "tell me about yourself", "why IPOS", "where do you see yourself in three to five years time" and etc. Might differ from position to position, though. I think mine went rather well. HR told me that it would take around two weeks for news.
