Think the status the HR was looking for was 'In process' instead of 'Shortlisted'. Time to look for others. lol

I guess there was probably a glitch some where. For a SPF application process, it goes by Submitted > In Process > Shortlisted > Successful/Unsuccessful. Hopefully those who still remain shortlisted can share some insights of the recruitment process for future references. All the best everyone!

Owe more than 2 months salary. Flagged for potential FE.

Other reasons for failing could be failing the psychometric test, security screening, or medical screening.

When you receive the email to go for test, the name and contact number of the officer are in his signature. How do become IO if you can't even find a ****ing phone number in an email sent to you?

Just to share here... since many people seem to be confused.

The assessment round already took place back in mid-March, and if I am not wrong there is only one psychological assessment for this round of recruitment. About a week later I received a call to schedule an interview for early April. From there process is about similar if selected further will receive another call from them in 2 to 4 weeks time to schedule a psych interview.

Application for CPIBO was opened sometime mid-Jan this year to mid-February. The next round may be next year same time.

How do become IO when you do do do. Hopefully when the suspect confess, you do not write, 'he do confess'
