Seems fairly accurate up to VP level. Unable to opine for D and up.
DBS GA grads with 3-4 yrs in the bank are Assoc level now drawing around 5.3-5.5k base.

Opportunities for Contractors
 

Need some inputs - Does DBS give contractors opportunities to find perm job in other functions?

I got retrenched for about a year, can't find work. I decided to look for contract jobs and got shortlisted for a contract job at DBS. The job scope is not in my domain and its a entry level customer service office job. The pay is also way lower than what I used be paid.

I am hoping to get a foot into DBS as a contractor, then find a job internally that is in lined with my previous function.

Any thought?

how many months is the bonus per year for AVPs? since there is no AWS
