u meant your current role say is perm head count and u wan to move (think there shd be some sort of directive/SOP that talks abt movement to different SB within same ministry and move to different SB under different ministry) is for a contract / perm head count role? whether such lateral/vertical/horizontal mvmt is recognised and your year(s) of service in SB A is counted / ignored when u move to SB B for instance. u might wan to clarify on that with the HR/P&C side downstream if you are more or less confirmed gg over to the next place lor |
