Only managed to save $4k plus, but splurged it on Europe trip after ORD. :(

You are right. When I was in SME my pay didn't rise by more than $100 every year, take mc also asked to do work at home. Some production workers have been taking home same pay for a few years, no pay raise although they should b getting raise for their experience and hard work.
