e.g. Oct cohort promotion can be blocked if an officer fails to get confirmation to service.

Can someone who is not in the promotion list last yr still be included in the Oct prpomotion list if a flagship project was completed by March this yr?

most of these are forward projected. very seldom things are adjusted retrospectively

even being emplaced after getting the part time degree, the salary is still pathetic.
this is something many people don't know.

if these teachers don't have passion, they would have left.

This has been my gripe for the longest time. We are being punished for coming in with a diploma and despite doing our degree we are still treated as second class citizens. Progression is so slow. Limited opportunities. Its demoralising when we are passionate and actually want to teach for a long time. Why isn't anyone doing anything ? The merger of scheme was to our disadvantage.

One wise man told me that it’s better to stay at GEO5 and get better bonus than to move up to SEO1 then get lousier bonus. Do you all think so?
