EY should be the worst big 4 in SG . I have never heard of people complaining about Deloitte and most people I know in Deloitte usually work there for 4 years. Some even work until SM.
However, my EY friends usually quit EY after 1.5 years

Is it true that if you go to big 4 as a starting career , u can eventually command a higher pay in the future jobs since u got big 4 experience. Alot corporate job job requirements put must have big 4 experience for 1-2yrs as minimum.
