Why don't you guys just ignore each other and get back on topic?

honestly, i wanted to ask about what are the job prospects for a uol student graduating this year and i am not sure if i will get an answer if at all.

do we really have to join the nursing industry?

Pardon me, I have too much time to spare & simply can’t pass on an opportunity to highlight how loserish this 85rp cleaner is LOL

The answer to your question (if its genuine) is it depends. I have secured a 4K+ job myself and know of some peers from the Class of 2021 whom have also secured FT job offers. However, we have put in the grunt work required (e.g completed multiple internships/done pretty well in school for the past 2-3 years).

Long answer short - if you lack achievements and relevant experience, you might have to adjust your expectations accordingly (settle for traineeships/contract roles) since it’s Covid.

If you have a good amount of experience under your belt, possess some form of achievements (academic/competitions) & have good people skills, you should be able to land FT roles in an industry that’s relevant to your degree.

Am I going to have a hard time finding a job? Do I even have a chance to get a job? What kind of starting salary would I be looking at?

Good luck.

Again, even SIM grads in ACN are doing better than you (provided you can even beg your way back to DBS to find yourself shoulder-to-shoulder to SIM-UOL grads in the GA programme). Keep coping.

If anyone should kill himself...
