What is the months of bonus for this year? Is this different for each jo b grade? associate/avp/vp?

why dbs doesnt accept my application even though I have a 2.5 year working experience directly related to the position that I am applying for? I also have a masters degree from NUS. Is it because I'm a foreigner? and my work experience is from outside Singapore?

Is it because you're Chinese?

dbs hires quite a few chinese in technology, private banking also has. but they typically already converted to singaporean citizenship.

I got my offer recently from DBS for a BO role in IBG. I got 7 yrs exp in same domain from other banks, and the offer is 7.5k with senior associate title. Is that reasonable? How far from AVP?
