Yea so DSO pays higher than HTX

so you manage to ask for 7.5k? for 10 years exp they offered a low 7k for me. However, I know they count as an annual package so even if they offered you mid 6k or same salary as your last drawn, the overall package should be higher than what you are drawing in pte.

What grade they offer u?

some orgs really do product work.

Even within the org, there are differences.

Annual increment close to 5% for grade C. Promotion not sure, cos haven't been promoted.

HTX seems to be hiring a new batch of associates. have been shortlisted and cleared 2 rounds of interview. but after that no reply/answer for 2-3 weeks already. any idea how long they take to process?
