4.5k/month. By far the worst paymaster for TB, with yearly increment of only 5% during 2 year programme.

Just received an offer and I must say I was appalled at such a lowball offer coming from a European bank. I have turned down the offer.

Oh wow.... it is atrocious...... nost banks pay above 6k for TB. I was expecting HSBC to pay at least 5k.... I guess I made the decision to turn down their AC as I had another offer.

Many people turned down their offers due to the lack of competitive compensation.

Given that HSBC has a strong cash management business, only paying 4.5 is ridiculous.

As early as the same day.

If AC is the morning session, heard HR called up someone at 6pm the same day.

Had my AC in the afternoon, HR called me halfway through the AC. Madness

depends on what role you got offered! investment banking vs securities services have very diff bonus structures
