31M in professional services, single

Salary: 7.4k before CPF

Allowances: $300
Tax: $200
Insurance: $400 ($300 belongs to parents)
Utilities (Water, Gas, Electricity): $150
Telephone and Internet: $150 (including parents lines)
Food: $300
Groceries & Toiletries: $150
Transport: $150
Dating: $400
Others: $200

Saving: ~5k/mth

Although I'm drawing slightly higher based on several others around my age range who have shared their details, I do however need to qualify that I have close to 10years of working experience, not in a big4 firm. Most professional who are in the Big4 would have been made a SM by the 7-8th year mark earning at least $9k gross.

I hope I can look for better opportunities during this covid pandemic, but at the same time thankful that I have a job now

Ikr, it goes without saying that the figures reported by the users here only made up of a small, not miniscule, percentage of the working population here in Singapore.
