Anyone can advise what companies or industries can one go for after leaving Marsh since its in the insurance / risk broker industry.

Marsh good good. Very easy to find better jobs after you finish your 3 years bond. Cos everywhere else also better.

$3500, with 13mth AWS. They giving 1.6k allowance to spend on alot of diff stuff and entitled to bonus in 1st yr as well

Honestly depends. The top of the tech industry makes double that. But guess you could say the same about high finance. Ofc the average fresh grad still makes more than 3500 but YMMV.
