Hi, anyone whose stat board or ministry has this performance ranking system where someone must get c- or d grade? May I check what is the implication if you get either grading? Thank you.

No promotion in the foreseeable future, no bonus.

D should be getting warning letter already. Kena another time means time to leave.

C- should just mean no bonus.

NPL and bonuses

Hi all, if I am on NPL from Sep till next year March, would I be able to get prorated 13th month and end year bonus? If so, when would be the payout be? Is it after I return to work? Thanks!

NPL = unable to work due to some personal reasons i believe. i think you will not get the full sum on day of payout.

but really subjected to RO/HRD decisions.
