I have been working for the private sector for 5 years .... will now want to jump to civil service .... will it be difficult to gain entry?

-Does civil service prefer people who had worked in civil service before?

You can try but with only 5 years experiences, may not be too helpful. I am guessing you are making more in private than CS now.

Yes, a lot of content in this forum is at best speculation or skewed personal opinions. Need to read with a big pinch of salt.

Look at how those people who kept insisting there is CS pay-cut are exposed. They just loosely quoted newspaper reports and made their own deductions. It's for their own agendas, whatever they are.

sounds good. all private sector to have salary cap of 5k till $100billion budget is repaid.
