PSD proposed 0.9 mth bonus plus 13th mth pay for the year end but unions counter-proposed 1 mth bonus plus 13th mth payment. Final meeting on nov 26. Likely to get 1 mth bonus. Gd news for all of us.

Do we have a legit source?

Prolly 0.75 to 0.8 this year. Slower growth in 2018.

It's funny how someone in the forum says that PSD is considering 0.9 and union wants it to be 1.0, yet you have people guessing 0.75 to 0.8. I think you should state your source at least if you want people to believe you. At least put the growth values for 2017 and 2018 here :)

The ceiling for AVC is 1.0. It will never exceed 1.0 = =

Sorry just to make a correction here. The ceiling for AVC is 1.5 (Mid year + end year). If the mid year 2018 is 0.5, this makes the ceiling for end year avc 2018 = 1.0.

Read the circular/directives boys. They can however, give lump sum payments to compliment the 1.0, which i highly doubt so for this year :)

guess times have changed since the last few crises. recall 2007 being a good year. AWS was 2.5 that year.

I am guessing 0.65-0.75 now that this news is out.
