OCBC Graduate Talent Programme 2019 (Previously Young Banker)

Did the personality test 1-2 weeks back but did not receive any update. Just wondering, has anyone been called up for interview yet?

Unregistered 21-10-2018 03:49 PM

I haven't receive any personality test as well. Application last week I think.

Unregistered 23-10-2018 02:34 PM

submitted my application on 7th sep, and haven't gotten a personality test. wondering if that means i didn't get through the screening ):

Unregistered 28-11-2018 07:30 PM

Has anyone received any updates beyond the personality test? I checked my application and it was the status was still under consideration.

Unregistered 24-01-2019 06:10 PM

Hey, last I heard from them was December 2018 when they said they are trying to arrange final interviews with line managers who are mostly on leave. Wondering if anyone heard back from HR since the new year?

Unregistered 27-01-2019 11:36 AM

Hey guys, anyone else applied both OCBC young bankers and BOS MA before? Any difference?

Unregistered 28-01-2019 11:19 AM

Am also interested in the different profile of applicants for BOS and OCBC programs

Is anyone able to provide any insight?

I got invited to do some online personality assessments in late-Jan, and haven't heard anything since. Any news on your end?

Unregistered 05-03-2019 06:16 PM

Update: I just got a computer-generated email notification that my BoS MAP application was unsuccessful. I just did the personality surveys and never got invited to interviews.

Back when it was a 1 yr prog, avg performers can expect about 20% increment upon completing the programme. Better performers get <20-30%.

Now that it has become 2yr prog (probably bcus turnover rate high previously), not sure.
Perhaps they split up this 20% into 2 years

Unregistered 25-03-2019 05:38 PM

do you all know what is the pay for 2:2/2nd lower?

Normally within the week.
I know someone personally that got the offer a day after he went for HR round interview
They will not get back to you if you failed/not chosen

Sorry had a brain fart. Yes hiring manager panel round.
However the number of people in the panel largely depends on which department you apply to. Combination of the HR that interviewed you before, additional HR (if any) and hiring managers
One friend had 4 people, another had 3, I had 2 only

CS can get that range for a 2:2? probably the higher tier stat boards or ministries, but if higher tier one most likely got more than enough 1st class and 2:1 applicants.
