Guys, what would be the career progression for an equipment/manufacturing engineer in semiconductor company? Should I constantly jump ship to get raise pay or be loyal to one company and get promoted? I am currently in Mi**on

if traditional engineering, is really last resort. Long hours, tight deadline, stupid clients, low basic, bonus typically 1month or less for consultancies.

Ur base cfm drop if u jump to other semicon company. Remember in semicon only micron can give freshies 5k. 5k is senior engineer pay in other semicon company. 20% pay raise only happens in it and finances. Get ready to stay in micron forever.
