Hi everyone, does anyone know what is the average salary for a senior associate role in DBS under tech & ops, tech role?

Also, if your previous drawn salary is really underpaid, how do people justify getting a higher increment to match what others are getting paid at a new job?

my team had a promoted SA and a new joined SA, base is 7000~7500, I think maximum can hit 9000.
underpaid - it is not a problem HR put you at the middle of salary range for SA. as long as get approval from boss.

Bro, whoever you're. Thanks a lot! I have been worried I might get lowballed based on my last drawn salary and then it leads to a neverending chain reaction of lowballs for my next subsequent jobs.

Average is about 10 years?
I have seen people get it in 6 years, while some took quite long like 15 years…

Typical 9-6:30 with some flexibility arrangement available. But do expect long OT (if you are in GTO - speaking from experience), perhaps another 1-3 hours per day.
