Exactly! Foreign banks remain attractive perhaps for the scope of clients and coverage, but also depends which foreign banks and also mindful that the local banks esp DBS are a powerhouse bank in Asia. Salary wise, if you’re mid career and jumping into local banks, shouldn’t be an issue to give you a pay bump from your current. Bonus in local banks (min. 3 months) is definitely more than the likes of your jpm/citi/hsbc/scb/ubs/etc
