I think yes. But we can only find out end April

Not sure if it differ from services etc( just talking about individual performance )

That means same rank + same grade = same CPB and same IPB. And if role is the same, MDR is same too

Is the new APA still measured on a bell curve? I’m confused what it means by exceeding basic requirements and meeting job expectations. What’s the difference between ‘requirement’ and ‘expectation’?
