4 to 5% is the norm. 8 to 10% maybe for A graders.

Senior manager is individual contributor, not equivalent to asst director.
but that said, the pay of senior manager can be higher than assistant director.

Good pay but high turnover. Resulting in alot of created rubbish... which is then passes to other agencies
