Does anyone know anything about the interviews of the program this year? If so please let me know :)

I'm really interested in getting this offer! Would like to make my best preparation for it.

3 rounds this year.

With academy-in-charge, panel of 5 interview and then hr.

Yes in both regions. In Singapore it should have already finished, while in Hong Kong they are at the final stage of interview.

Are you applying it in Singapore or in Hong Kong?

Yes , they start giving offers already. I applied in May.

yeah, that's true, the program starts in august so i guess they're still hiring. What's your application status now?

I applied on 20/6/14, job status still under initial review.

Any idea how competitive the program is?

Hmm.. they should be sending out offers by now, the prog starts in August.. But judging by the fact that the applications are still open, maybe they have not found the right pool of candidates yet? My application has been under "further evaluation" for weeks and I applied at the end of May!

same here... by default they should be sending out offers since the program starts in mid-August. And yes my status is also 'further evaluation' and this is marked since early June (I applied during May)... I don't have friends that have applied this program coz most of them already settled their job hunting... I wonder what's going on...

Mine is still under "initial review". So I guess I've not reach the "further evaluation" stage yet! :(

I believe that they are in the process of finalising the candidates. I think the application window may have unofficially closed in end May.

Hi, i received the offer about two weeks ago.

First interview was with program manager of the compliance academy. Basic questions about interest and compliance. Next was a panel interview with personnel from various compliance functions within credit suisse. Last was an interview was with the compliance academy head.

Whole process took about a month or so from application to offer.

3~3.5
I think its a standard offer to all candidates though im not totally sure.

Is this program prospective? I saw that it is a contract role for 2 years. Do the batch stay in CS after the program ends?
