Don't understand your point. How is an overseas scholar who serve their bond and leave considered a waste of taxpayers' money? The contractual obligation has been fulfilled.

hello, received fresh grad tgp offer recently under info pc, and monthly is 5.8 + 0.4 (allowance). from what i see, is 3-4 months bonus. is dsta pay really so gd? anyone in tgp can share their bonus thanks

Sounds about right, guess bad thing is exit opp bc it's possible to stagnate, but if you good can won't be an issue
