Anyone else from HDB as well do comment. In my short stint here, the culture is stifling, alot of red tapes, very hierarchical and not a dynamic place to work. There doesn't seem much done to help staff develop professionally.... I would say is a place for retirement but not for anyone young looking to develop.

I am interested in the position for admin executives in HDB, anyone can advise which department is better i.e. Legal, Customer Service or any other department? Thanks.

HDB is just too big not to have red tapes. Culture in most groups are also very toxic. Unless you are scholar or your boss really likes you, it's hard to climb.

Hi everyone,

Recently, HDB got some recruitment for Manager post, anyone got calls for interview? I've submitted but also waiting to be shortlisted. Just checking if anyone got it.

I was shortlisted and went for interview with hdb before. 1month later they couldn't even bother to reply about the outcome. HDB HR really cock up. Damn lazy. A friend of mine was successful but took them 3 weeks to reply that he got it. But in the end my friend did not take up the post as he was lowballed by hdb hr.

Is it me or is non scholar promotion increment very low? Went from 12b to 11a and my increment was less than $300… I have asked scholars previously, their increment more than 1k for promotion from the same grades. Or is HR trying to tell me my CEP is near? Thanks in advance.
