This company ask us to find our replacement during off days and very bad managing client expectation

Get squeeze by client and own management very bad and they have very bad name back my home too

HR take months to reply and no covid measures no manpower always

Management:
Changed 3x on-site manager, all trying to do god's work. What more can I say? HR very busy.

Client:
Can be very demanding.

Work Culture:
Like fighting fire every other day and expect to OT. Friendly team mates, I believe things would be a lot better if management didn't f up the initial transition.

Compensation package:
Nothing to brag about. Don't expect bonus.

Conclusion:
Depends on your luck on where they assign you to. If processes are not in place and short of resources, which company also same.
