Does anyone know how promotion works? Currently p1 and joined 3 years ago, hearsay need boss to recommend you for promotion, or is it automatically by YOE

3 years no promotion and u still here?

other coy promote 1 rank for p1 fresh grad at 2 year mark but u didn't get the message at year 2 and think it's 'normal'?

feel sad for u because after 3 years, ur salary still lose out to fresh grads who join DBS SEED, govtech at year 0

u should take the time to reflect on ur life and decision making to stay with this company that don't treat u right

I was a P3 given the task to recommend p1s for promotion to my PM. By 3 years you should already be P2. Don't feel bad, promotion recommendations and performance bonus is all purely bias by PM and above.

recent townhall didnt have any Q&A with CEO, too much talk on business expansion but nothing was mentioned about bonus.

tells u all u need to know about this company: to get ahead, no need work so hard but most importantly pander to the bias. No wonder many experienced ppl with real skills leave

USD $2.3 billion impairment, it's a warning sign la. Already no AWS and if no bonus, better start finding new jobs

Since Impairment is for this quarter i hope it doesnt affect our bonuses for this year
