Heard NCS got this bond free degree + work program, after you get degree pay is between 4.8 to 5.2k

Made sure July $$ are in, resigned after working 1 year and insulted with 1% increment that's less than inflation.

Got a new job offer with ~18% increase

When fresh grads are getting higher pay than you but your coy doesn't automatically adjust ur salary without u threatening to leave, it's really time to go and not shortchange urself

Time is money and very precious

Average 3k earner here getting 100 as increment, about 3.3%

should be more worried if u get in and do sai gang and no career progression

Ncs is truly a trash company. When I was there 2 years ago they pay the juniors more then the seniors until so many quit. Then to pacify the remaining seniors they increase the salary. But this kinda passive reaction speaks volume of how sh1tty the management is
