Im in eng too. Engineering (ICT) earns more than non tech at Apple.
How many yoe? I can probably give you some suggestions.

Should ask the recruiter if you are IC or ICT.
Makes a big difference down the line.

ICTs get much more RSUs

I have 10 yoe. Doing technical stuff, so should be a ICT rank.

What's the range for a ICT 4 in SG context?

Not specifically. Only that they are planning for the 3rd store and im identified as a potential staff.
