- Salary and benefits
- Overtime ( Less/Alot )
- Other variable bonus
- Any Medical and Dental?
- Transport provided?
- Is the position for Supervisor good?
- Or position for Senior Technical Specialist?

Salary increment freeze 2 years.
No benefit. unless you like to go to Singapore Zoo.
OT a lot, a lot of OT pay. BUT capped at 3.5k, after 3.5k is 1X pay. Then next capped at 5k.
NO NO VB for 3 bloody years.
Medical only. Dental you pay yourself.
Supervisor usually is Chinese from china or Malaysian.
Tech specialist I heard mostly also foreign worker.
