In Singapore, They are selling
The Bridge Retail Units which is so attractive that it provides 70% Guaranteed Rental Returns over a 10 years Period.
It seem to be a Controlled risk investment especially so that i get back my 70% after 10 years.
Moreover, i have study the rental market in Cambodia Phnom Penh, and it seem that the Rental Yield that developer provides us is of a good match rather than inflated up.
They will be launching a new level soon Level 3A which the price should be lower than level 3 (Level 3 selling price starts from USD91k)
