Hi I have been an mx12 for the last 7 years. Is it normal or slow? My former boss said she has recommended me for promotion but I didnt get it last year. This year under new boss but also no. I haven't asked her if she recommended me. Anyone can share some insights to my progression? Just a normal farmer w local degree and has consecutively been getting grade B in recent years. Feeling disappointed and unmotivated at work so wonder if i should move on. TIA!
