I wld say go for the
SMU scholarship bc if you family is unable to budget accordingly you'll be in debt so even after getting a job you'll need to slowly pay ur debts off. further,
smu has reflected that their fresh grads get one of the highest starting pay so you'll be fine (-: tho its no doubt that ucl wld be more prestigious but i don't think its very worth/necessary
