Surely cultures are different across firms and functions, but I've been wondering about this for awhile and I'm curious to know what users here have to say. Especially from recent graduates or those in entry level roles.

To anyone who wishes to share, here are some questions you may want to answer,

1. The nature of your work -> such as industry, local or foreign firm, departmental culture?
2. What's the current state of your work-life balance (e.g. working hours, overtime frequency, having to work outside of office hours, etc.)?
3. How do you keep yourself motivated?

Thank you!
MNC Finance Dept. Arrive at 9.30am, go home at 6.00pm. OT at most until 7.00pm. I encourage my staff to leave on time if they have completed their work. Face time is stupid and inefficient. I rather have a staff that finishes their work and goes home on the dot, than a staff who works slow and has to do OT until late.
