Agree. I have done the same MX13 to MX11 in 2 years la, but people forget the pain that comes with this sort of promotion. Work easily 12hrs a day plus weekends, cover for boss who quit and colleague who MC all the time. You want is possible one. But even if stars are aligned, the amount of work is something which has to be done for your boss to push for you. Think carefully about what you are envying.
