Hi all,

I understand that MHRD tracks DXOs who have consecutively secure a Band II & above grading for their annual performance assessment. These DXOs are then engaged and ROA plans are communicated to them. This gives them a better idea of where their career may head to.

May I know how many consecutive band II & above grading must we secure before we get tracked by MHRD? And anyone here is on this "route" already and willing to share how/what MHRD has engaged you on?
