Enough has been said about Certis and this ops manager ain't gonna be different. Their HR will try to BS you about how high level this position is, got how many subordinates report to you, how you will be groom for snr leadership etc, but nothing can change the fact you are really just an underpaid 3SG compare to
SAF.
