Paya Lebar Quarter by Lendlease, has been so much in the news lately. Just 3 days ago there was another report in the Straits Times.
This project will really have everything - 3 office blocks, a shopping centre and a condo,
Park Place Residences. All are linked directly to Paya Lebar
MRT interchange station. But it will likely not be cheap.
The latest Straits Times article highlights the thinking that went into the planning of this development. Lendlease vision is of a "vibrant, sustainable community deeply connected to the area's history and cultural roots".
