I'm pretty sure an introvert can do it just as good. I'm not talking about the extremes by the way, hate talking and unwilling to talk kind. In Singapore, I'm pretty sure projects and other what not have prepared us well in being a team player. But, I want to get into the job as an introvert, go thru the interview saying I like being alone but I can work in a team just fine. Most positions/employers prefer extrovert even if it is suitable for introvert. Can anyone actually understand what I'm trying to say? #equality?

You are the one not getting the point. The point is the world doesn't give a shiit about your intro extro equality talk. Physically ugly people lose out compared to handsome boy/pretty girl in interview. Fair? No. So what? It's like that since human civilization.
You make it sound like you just discover a world changing concept nobody understand. To most people it sounds more like captain obvious.
