Lake Grande has launched for sale! And it was an exciting launch!
The Lake Grande showflat saw over 2000 visitors over its first launch weekend.
The response and interest level was pretty overwhelming and potential buyers had to queue for up to 15 mins to view each unit type on display.
Hundreds of cheques were submitted, from potential buyers who wanted a chance to ballot to buy a unit at the VVIP Preview sales on 23 Jul 2016.
On the VIP Preview day itself, almost 450 units were sold! In fact, the one bedders sold out, and many buyers went home empty handed.
