So is it finalise that for engineer in DSTA as of July2016, the starting pay is as follows:

All with NS
1st class >>> 5k
2nd upper >>>4.9k
2nd lower >>>4.4k

Anyone can confirm??

Why the difference between upper & lower is so much 500??
