Yes agree with this. As a fresh grad with little or no experience, there is nothing about being shortchanged. Having been in the workforce for 4 years, I can say there is no free lunch in this world. Higher pay means you will have more responsibilities. Questions to think about
: Are you able to apply for companies who can pay you 2.5k? If yes, good. If you have job offers that pay is 1.8 to 2.1K, will you reject them and wait for the 2.5k job? If you can get the 2.5k job, will it be a role that you want?
